Although Self Directed Home Care specialises in Trauma Homecare, we do accept patients who want to switch from private and corporate home care to PATIENT managed Care.
All patient care plans are developed by the same Emergency Caregiver Team that services our Trauma Clients. Being experts in their fields they will develop your medical home care with your input and adjust it with YOU as your needs change.
